Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is the daughter of an Russian mother and Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She is proficient of German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father as well as an Indian father and a Russian mom. A choreographed performance at age 11 which aired on German television, turned her into an Russian dancer who was a snow maiden. After high school, she graduated and was awarded a bachelor's degree in English in New York. She studied acting classes with the HB Studios. She later moved on to pursue improvised comedy at The Groundlings School. She was born to the mother of an Afghani Hindu-Indian and Russian father in Kabul, Afghanistan. When she was 13 the divorce of her parents took place and they moved her from Kabul Afghanistan to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell as well as Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was her best-known role. She played a recurring character in the Fox series The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
